About the process

Laser cutting to your drawing

A fiber laser follows the contour in a digital drawing to cut the part shape and its openings from flat sheet metal. The process prepares components for assembly and further manufacturing operations.

Cutting preparation takes account of the final dimensions and the required edge and surface finish. Planned bending, welding or protective coating is considered before cutting begins.
