ELECTROSTATIC APPLICATION OF PROTECTIVE COATINGS (PLASTICIZATION)

Electrostatic plasticization (metal plasticization, powder coating) is a method of surface protection of metals from corrosion. It is based on surface application of powder, and polymerization of powder at a certain temperature. The plasticized layer, in addition to being an excellent protection against corrosion, is resistant to heat and abrasion. Plasticization meets modern environmental standards, and is the most acceptable method of metal refining for the environment and health. In addition to the above properties, plasticization also allows an unlimited choice of colors, different surface structures.
